Grande soddisfazione per il Workshop IAQG in ATLA, dedicato alla revisione delle guidance per l’applicazione integrata di APQP (AS9145) e Project Management a beneficio di una Supply Chain performante nel mondo Aerospace.

A sviluppare questo argomento, colleghi appartenenti a importanti player nel settore: Collins Aerospace, Airbus, GE Aerospace e Lockheed Martin nonché ATLA, con la nostra Diana GIORGINI, Aerospace & Defense Business Development Manager, che ha messo a disposizione la propria esperienza nella creazione di catene di fornitura competitive e performanti.

In continuità con l’appuntamento dello scorso giugno presso la sede Airbus di Madrid e i precedenti a Bruxelles e Orlando, durante i 3 giorni del meeting in ATLA il gruppo di lavoro ha toccato tutti i temi cruciali legati all’applicazione dell’Advanced Product Quality Planning con il Project Management: adottare la migliore pianificazione possibile per avere obiettivi misurabili, prevenire i rischi, performare “on time, on cost, on delivery, on quality”, ottimizzare i costi e garantire la redditività nel lungo periodo. In un contesto collaborativo tra Cliente e Fornitore, attraverso tutta la filiera: dalle grandi industrie ai piccoli fornitori.

Alla prossima “IAQG Meeting Week & 55th General Assembly”, in programma dal 15 al 18 aprile a Bruxelles, i membri del team celebreranno i loro risultati, condividendo materiali e strumenti con la comunità IAQG. ATLA è entusiasta di continuare a partecipare attivamente al network, raccogliendo nuovi feedback e input sui quali lavorare per garantire una posizione di leadership sul mercato.

APQP and Project Management in the spotlight of IAQG Workshop at ATLA

Full satisfaction for the IAQG Workshop at ATLA, held to revise the guidance for the joint application of APQP (AS9145) and Project Management as a requirement for high-performing Supply Chains in the Aerospace world.

Our Aerospace & Defense Business Development Manager Diana GIORGINI worked on this topic with her expert colleagues from Collins Aerospace, Airbus, GE Aerospace, Lockheed Martin and ATLA, providing her expertise in creating competitive and efficient supply chains.

After the meeting taking place at Airbus in Madrid last June and the other meetings in Brussels and Orlando before, last week at ATLA the working group addressed all crucial topics related to the application of Advanced Product Quality Planning with Project Management: implementing the best possible planning for measurable objectives, preventing risks, performing “on time, on cost, on delivery, on quality,” optimizing costs, ensuring long-term profitability. In a collaborative context between Customer and Supplier, across the entire supply chain: from large industries to small suppliers.

At the next “IAQG Meeting Week & 55^th General Assembly”, April 15^th to 18^th in Bruxelles, the team members will celebrate their achievements sharing their materials and tools with the IAQG community. ATLA will be excited to engage more than ever in the network, collecting new feedback and input to work towards maintaining a leadership position in the market.
